Directions to ESSEC Campus
The ESSEC campus is located in Cergy, not in central Paris. It is easily accessible via the RER A (a regional train) to Cergy-Préfecture station, which is just a 3-minute walk from ESSEC. Please note that the RER A is particularly crowded during peak hours: 7:00–9:00 AM and 4:00–5:30 PM.
Accommodation Recommendations for Conference Participants:
We recommend choosing one of the following lodging options:
1. Stay near the ESSEC campus in Cergy for maximum convenience.
2. Stay near RER A stations in Paris for easy access. Recommended areas include La Défense, Charles de Gaulle–Étoile, Auber, Châtelet–Les Halles, Gare de Lyon, and Nation.

Taxi Information:
Taking a taxi from central Paris to ESSEC is much more convenient after 7:00 PM, with an average cost of around 40 euros and a travel time of approximately 35 minutes. In the mornings, both the cost and travel time are significantly higher due to traffic.
For this reason, we recommend staying near Cergy during the conference. It is much more comfortable to visit central Paris in the evenings and return to Cergy than to commute from Paris to Cergy in the mornings.
